Greatoo Won the Championship in the "Third National Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Skills Competition"
Createtime：2019-12-18On November 18, 2019, the 2019 China Skills Contest, the third National Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Skills Competition, hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Federation of Trade Unions, and the China Machinery Industry Federation, was held at Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.
In this competition, 1015 players from a total of 361 teams from 27 provinces (regions and municipalities) and the machinery industry participated in the finals. Our company sent Lu Haiyu, Yu Peimin and Li Jiayang to Zhengzhou to compete in this competition. This competition is also the first time that our company has participated in a national level competition since its establishment. And the participating event is the "Installation and Debugging of Intelligent Manufacturing Cells for Cutting Processing" of the staff group.
During the competition, the weather in Zhengzhou continued to worsen, the temperature dropped, and there was sometimes rain, sometimes the atmosphere was haze, and the temperature was even as low as 0 degrees Celsius, but this did not prevent our players' determination to participate seriously and the confidence to win. According to the competition schedule, our team first participated the theoretical test of the competition and achieved an average score of 95.5, leading other teams in the group. Later in the actual competition, three engineers, Lu Haiyu, Yu Peimin, and Li Jiayang, completed the six tasks specified in the competition task book with superb skills and tacit cooperation. In the 4 months of pre-match training and daily hard work, the three engineers participating in the competition not only trained skills, but also cultivated a spirit of cooperation and consistent goals. During the competition, they were proficient in using computer software to enter PLC programs, import robots, and link flexible units to mobilize the CNC machining center to start the processing operation mode, which promoted the complete set of equipment to successfully run. In the tense atmosphere of the game, they calmly responded, worked carefully, and fought side by side, and achieved 91.75 points in practical operation points. In addition to the previous excellent theoretical results, they finally calculated a comprehensive score of 92.5 points. With a thrilling advantage of 0.133 points, they won the first place in the employee group of the "Installation and Debugging of Intelligent Manufacturing Cells for Cutting Processing"!

The company's excellent performance in national competitions fully explained our company's corporate culture vision of "strong skills and caring for employees", and also inherited the spirit of hard work of the older generation of entrepreneurs.
